Thursday, 07.26.12


I worked on double unders today and had a PR of 35 consecutive jumps.

I modified the met con again and did a one-armed version with kettle bells:

7 one-armed (left) KB SDHP
7 one-armed (left) KB Push Press
7 box jumps 
8:54

Later I completed day two of my CFE plan:

2x800m with 3:00 minute rest between
My time was a just over 4 minutes on each.
