It's been really tough to get my workouts in this week and today was no exception. I tried to squeeze it in after coaching tonight, but this is all I fit in:
Sled Push - ??x3 I think I got up to 80 lbs?
Press: 55, 65, 75, 75, 70
Push Press: 70, 75, 80, 85...
And then I was out of time so that's it!
